The common opinion of the western men: Russian women are kinder, more careful, more thrifty and they good wives. Women in the West, it agrees to the common men's point of view, are too materialistic, exacting and spoilt. To some extent it is the truth. Russian women look better, put on well-dressed, more fashionably and more tidy, seem kinder and "domestic".
Men in the West do not look at well-being of the bride, the most important for them - external appeal and sexuality. Only near badly educated the man can be solved on "marriage of convenience", the others are quite capable to earn a condition the work. With the western salaries it under force practically to anyone.
It is impossible to tell, that in the West there are no beautiful women. Is, and it is a lot of. But that distinguishes our women is a desire "to like". Our women are womanly. In them the sea of heat and charm. The western women are lovely, smiling and quite friendly, but they "cold". Growing in a safe society, they are too independent and all-sufficient. They I know for sure the rights and first of all that they are not obliged to suffer inconvenience. The first question which they set to themselves at occurrence of anyone, even the smallest disagreements: "And for what is this.... It is necessary to me?" They have not got used "to renounce principles". The more beautifully the woman, the more she is sure in the conclusive right to reception of the best in life - the beautiful, sports, clever and educated husband, high material security and indefatigable care of. The western woman knows the price to itself and the appeal. In home life this ability is poured out in boundless intolerance.
The Russian woman at all will not notice any infringement of the interests there where the normal woman from the West already would slap a door after hot quarrel. And business not in a pamperedness or bad customs - simply western woman has no that emotional mobility which allows to exist in the given situation without loss of integrity own "I".
It is the key moment, whence there are distinctions in the approach to home life. At appearing disagreements on any question the western woman always will operate according to own understanding of a correct exit from the given situation. When she is sure in the correctness, she will not reflect to go counter to actions of the husband. Even if she will compromise, she will feel like deeply unfortunate and not for one second will not give the husband to overlook, on what victim she has gone.
For the Russian woman the compromise is a style of life. If the violence is inevitable - be weakened and take pleasure. The Russian woman is natural in acceptance of behaviour and an image of actions of the husband. It does not mean, that she does not try to affect them. She only does not try to reject them. She always together with the husband.
And that's all secret. We it is not better. We are not kinder. We is simple tolerant. Our personal scale of an estimation of values has more divisions, and there where their western thermometer "become out of scale", we continues to work successfully. In general it is a great thing - skill to accept the validity and people such what they are. Other objectively existing parameter which has crucial importance for foreigners - a place of family in life of the woman. Our woman naturally puts family above career. The western men call it "adherence to traditional family values".
To no small degree such position of the Russian woman is generated by decades of the Soviet system. The Soviet woman could not reach high posts, always it was much easier to men to promote on the career. The legislation promoted immersing of the woman in home life: aspiring to increase birth rate, the state gives to women such long decretal holidays which was not and are not present anywhere in the world. For the western woman position of the housewife on a rank somewhere at a level of our yard keeper. She is capable to feel like happy, only having reached the certain professional tops. Basically, her is for what to struggle - high professional position provides a high level of life.
